ALENE kariyer platformu, başvuru formu ve AI ön görüşme deneyimini kullanırken geçerli temel koşulları düzenler.
1. Platformun Kullanımı
Başvuru, dosya yükleme ve AI ön görüşme ekranlarını yalnızca size ait, doğru ve güncel bilgilerle kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
Platformu hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı, zarar verici veya sistemin işleyişini bozacak şekilde kullanmamalısınız.
2. Başvuru İçeriği ve Sorumluluk
Yüklediğiniz özgeçmişin, başvuru formunda verdiğiniz yanıtların ve AI görüşme sırasında paylaştığınız içeriklerin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
Üçüncü kişilere ait gizli, hassas veya paylaşma yetkinizin bulunmadığı bilgileri platforma yüklememeli veya iletmemelisiniz.
3. AI Ön Görüşme ve Veri Paylaşımı
AI ön görüşme, aday deneyimini kişiselleştirmek ve değerlendirme sürecini desteklemek amacıyla kullanılan yardımcı bir adımdır.
Bu kapsamda sohbet mesajları, ilgili form yanıtları, ilk aşamada paylaşılan kendinizi tanıtıcı içerik, ad, soyad ve özgeçmiş OpenAI ile paylaşılabilir; telefon numarası ve e-posta adresi paylaşılmaz.
OpenAI ile paylaşılan veriler reklamcılık veya benzeri ticari tanıtım amaçları için kullanılmaz.
4. Hizmet Sürekliliği ve Değişiklikler
Platformun kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez; bakım, güncelleme, güvenlik gereklilikleri veya teknik nedenlerle hizmette değişiklik yapılabilir.
Kötüye kullanım, güvenlik riski veya mevzuata aykırılık halinde başvuru süreci askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the ALENE career platform, application flow, and AI interview experience.
1. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the application, file upload, and AI interview screens only with information that belongs to you and is accurate and up to date.
You must not use the platform in any unlawful, misleading, harmful, or disruptive manner.
2. Application Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV, the responses you provide in the application form, and the content you share during the AI interview.
You must not upload or submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party information that you are not authorized to share.
3. AI Interview and Data Sharing
The AI interview is a supporting step used to personalize the candidate experience and assist evaluation.
For this purpose, chat messages, relevant form responses, the initial self-introduction content, your name, surname, and CV may be shared with OpenAI; your phone number and email address are not shared.
Data shared with OpenAI is not used for advertising or similar promotional purposes.
4. Service Availability and Changes
Continuous or error-free operation of the platform is not guaranteed; the service may change due to maintenance, updates, security requirements, or technical reasons.
In cases of misuse, security risk, or non-compliance with applicable law, the application process may be suspended or terminated.
